Modern computer games are marked with spectacular animation, graphics, game play, and story. If these are the criteria that make a game great and cool, then there are many games out there who qualify. I guess one of these would have to be "Half-life: Episode 1", an excellent and satisfying video game.
In Episode 1, the gamer takes the role of Gordon Freeman. He finds himself in the Black Mesa research facility. After completing the first game, he encounters G-man for the first time. G-man tells the gamer that he is to be used for certain 'services'. Then the gamer soon winds up on a train heading to City number 17, where he would be used for the previously mentioned services. Along the journey, the gamer meets many friends, including the cute and helpful Alyx Vance. After evading the Combine, he makes it all the way up to the Citadel to deal with G-Man again. Episode 1 features the gamer's challenging fights just moments after this encounter.
Indeed, "
Half-Life 2" offers a fast-paced and exciting action ride game. There are new team and group dynamics that make you enjoy the battle. Dialogues are really catchy and the sounds make you feel as if you're really fighting evil aliens. Because it is very fast-paced, you would keep itching for adventure despite its short time duration.
